He is Faithful!!!!

As you seen in Chase’ last post we have had a few difficulties with our vehicle, but that has not stole our joy or stopped our destiny! As a result of that we had an AMAZING service at Lighthouse World Outreach Center in Monroe, GA. God really moved as people responded to the altar call. People got an amazing touch from God and only Him. I heard somebody say that if the enemy is not trying to stop you than you must not be a threat. We we were on our way to Indiana as a half-way point to Michigan. All of a sudden we started having more difficulties! We are believing God for a quick recovery of our vehicle and that we get to Michigan in a timely manner. We know that God is faithful and that He reigns in every situation! He is Soverign! Pray with us for a quick recovery and we know that God is going to do a GREAT work in Michigan!

In the Midst

Hello everyone, this is Chase…

So…I just wrote a long post for you all and when I pressed “publish” it didnt go through. God is good anyway! In a nutshell, I simply wanted to encourage each of you by saying that God is at work within whatever situation you may be facing.  You may be saying that this statemet is a given but sometimes I think we can know something but respond in a manner completely contrary to that knowledge.  Instead of becoming super discoraged in the midst of a bad situation, God can get much glory in the situation when we choose to see Him at work in the circumstance.  I’m saying these words because we encountered mechanical difficulties on the tour that really changed our plans.  We could have become greatly discouraged and loss our joy but rather, we chose to see God at work in the situation.  As a result of staying open to God in that circumstance, we saw youth being filled with the Holy Spirit on last night! God is so good! I want to leave you with this passage of scripture: Acts 16:22-26.  Read and meditate on it.  Be encouraged and remember to choose to see God at work in the midst of your circumstance!

1st day of Ministry!

HEY FAM!

This is Jose! I am excited to update you after our first day of ministry! Our day was full of adventure as we started the day ministering at a church here in Houma, Louisiana. But after that we had an amazing opportunity to minister at a Juvenile Detention Center. WOW!!!! did God show up and show out or what???? It was amazing! The majority of the yound men that we ministered too made a decision to follow Christ! That means we are praying for a lasting change in their lives! I got a chance to share my testimony and God broke down some walls! Pray for us as we head to Marion, Arkansas to do a two day youth conference. It will be Monday night and Tuesday night! God is Good! Thanks for your prayers and support! Culture Shock Tour 2010 “Expecting the Unexpected!”
